SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide to metro and regional crews.

  • Flat $20 AUD shipping on orders under $300 AUD.
  • Free shipping on orders of $300 AUD and over.
  • Australian delivery addresses only. All prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and tracked by courier once collected.

Need tooling on site for a specific start date? Email us before ordering and we'll confirm what we can do.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We only stock tooling we run ourselves on ResinX jobs, so if a product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or fails in a way that isn't normal wear, we'll sort it out.

  • Contact us with your order number and photos of the tooling and the floor you were running it on.
  • Keep unused product in its original packaging until we confirm the next step.
  • Diamond and PCD tooling that has been worn in through normal use is not faulty — but if it wore abnormally fast, tell us: it usually means the bond was wrong for that slab and we can help you pick better next time.
  • Consumables that have been used are not returnable for change of mind.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply on top of anything stated here.

MACHINE COMPATIBILITY

Every grinding shoe and PCD shoe is sold in a fitting to match your machine. Choose the fitting on the product before adding it to your cart:

  • Husqvarna Redi-Lock — Husqvarna PG series and Redi-Lock compatible plates.
  • Lavina Quick-Change — Lavina and other quick-change trapezoid plate systems.
  • Magnetic — magnetic plate holders across common planetary grinders.
  • Universal Bolt-on — bolt-on plates where no quick-change system is fitted.

Cup wheels suit standard angle grinders in the diameter you select, and our multi-tool blades are universal fit. If you're unsure which fitting your machine takes, send us a photo of the plate and we'll tell you.
